WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide behavioral health services within partner hospitals and clinics. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, an active CO license, and experience in hospital or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice psychology in Colorado (unrestricted).
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or community mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patient populations.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members on patient care.
• Perform risk assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate scheduling and performance with WSi Healthcare Personnel and partner facilities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to maintain licensure and best practices.
