Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.

As a clinician owned and operated company, SCT takes pride in providing supportive counseling through patient-centered psychology services that have a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. By working collaboratively with facility staff, SCT aims to improve outcomes for both residents and the care teams that support them. At SCT, we handle all the administrative responsibilities—including billing, insurance, credentialing, and pre-certifications—so you can focus on providing exceptional clinical care!

What We Provide:

• Salary ranges from $56,000 to $83,000 with an Uncapped FFS Bonus Opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in skilled nursing or subacute facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our electronic health record system.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of practice.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with technology, including EHR systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities within a 45-minute radius.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices.
• Full vaccination and booster status may be required at some facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare settings.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
• Psychologist or addictions experience is a plus.
