Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and more.
• Maintain a steady patient referral flow and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCPC license in the relevant state.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. Actual pay based on skills and experience.
