Job summary

Fox Valley Institute for Growth and Wellness in Naperville, IL, seeks licensed therapists for full- or part-time roles. The team includes psychologists, licensed clinicians, interns, and administrative staff, all dedicated to high-quality care.

Therapists will provide diverse therapies (children to adults, couples and families) and collaborate within a supportive, innovative clinic. EMR experience and a passion for growth are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Psy.D. required.
• Licensed with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
• Experience counseling across children, adolescents, adults, couples, family, addiction, veterans, first responders, group, coaching, divorce mediation, and play therapy.
• Excellent clinical skills.
• High moral standards and passion for helping others.
• Willingness to provide afternoon and evening client hours.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Open to innovative treatment approaches and technology.
• Proficiency with EFT, CBT, DBT and/or ACT; ability to integrate other modalities.
• Full-time caseload of 25–30 hours per week; part-time caseload 15–20 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy across a range of clients: children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain EMR documentation and accurate notes.
• Contribute to ongoing growth and development of clinical practices.

Education

Masters Degree or Psy.D.

Licensed with Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
