Job summary

Fox Valley Institute for Growth and Wellness in Naperville, IL seeks licensed therapists to join a dynamic, collaborative team offering full-or part-time positions. Therapists provide comprehensive counseling across age groups, use EFT/CBT/DBT/ACT approaches, and participate in ongoing professional growth within a supportive practice.

You will work in a modern, well-equipped office with embedded EMR workflows and close community partnerships to help clients achieve lasting change.

Qualifications

• Masters or Psy.D. is required.
• Licensed in Illinois with the Department of Professional Regulations.
• Experience across children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy within a full-time caseload (25–30 hours/wk).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
• Engage in ongoing learning and integration of innovative treatment modalities.
• Maintain compliant documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Masters Degree or Psy.D.
• Licensed with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
• Experience in 1 or more following counseling services: children, adolescents, adults, couples, marriage, family, addiction, veterans, first responders, group, coaching, divorce mediation, play therapy
• Excellent clinical skills

• Comfortable working with an electronic medical record (EMR) system

• Full-time caseload is 25-30 therapy hours a week. Part-time caseload is 15-20.
