Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention counseling for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate discharge strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate with medical providers and care teams.
• Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• At least two years of post-degree experience in behavioral sciences.
• Experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment.
• Licensed as LADC1, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
