Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) in Maryland who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. The role is full-time with a hybrid model requiring one day on-site in Maryland and 3–4 days remote for the Washington DC location.

Licensure in both DC and Maryland is required, with full benefits and malpractice coverage. Salary ranges from $76,000 to $105,600 annually, with compensation based on productivity.

• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
