Aria Community Health Center in Porterville, CA, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Counselor to join our Behavioral Health team. The role focuses on therapeutic health services, counseling, and case management for adults, children, and families, with emphasis on chronic conditions and underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s in psychology, counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must be licensed as a LCSW/LMFT, ASW/MFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with farm worker communities and underserved populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Our therapists provide individual and group counseling services for adults, children and family therapy.
• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning and crisis intervention as needed.
• Documenting in medical records according to requirements of company and regulatory agencies.
• Travel may be required to our various sites across the region.
• Support MAT program and recovery services as part of a team-based approach.
