PGIC in Baltimore, MD seeks a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide individual and group therapy in clinical and telehealth settings, delivering psychosocial education and supports.

The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in counseling and full LCPC licensure in Maryland, with at least 1 year of experience in diagnostics, care coordination, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT and art therapy; strong crisis intervention skills are required.

• Fully licensed LCPC in Maryland and eligible to practice independently.
• Minimum 1 year experience in diagnostics, care coordination, and treatment planning.
• Experience with art therapy and evidence-based interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy and psychosocial education.
• Apply CBT, motivational interviewing, problem-solving, and art therapy.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, advocacy, and delivery of counseling in clinical and telehealth settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered care.
• Maintain documentation and participate in professional development.
• Complete special projects from Clinical Director or CEO.
