The ideal candidate holds an Active Maryland LCPC license, a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, and will bring experience mentoring or supervising counselors along with knowledge of evidence-based counseling models. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: Maryland
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Role Overview

This position combines direct counseling with a broader clinical role on the team. In addition to managing your own caseload, you will contribute to case discussions, provide feedback when needed, and help maintain strong documentation and clinical standards across the practice. The role is well suited for an experienced LCPC who is comfortable working independently while also contributing to the quality of care delivered by the wider team.
