Gateway Associates is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join the client service team, preparing and sending applications and paperwork to implement recommendations for clients. You will work across brokerage, insurance, mutual funds, and annuities to move processes forward efficiently and accurately, reporting to the Director of Operations.
The role requires Series 7/66 and Life/Health insurance licenses, plus experience with financial advisors.
The Client Services Administrator works as a part of the client service team at Gateway Associates to prepare and send applications and paperwork to implement recommendations. Their goal is to create an experience for clients that is efficient and easy.
The Licensed Client Service Administrator reports to the Director of Operations and is employed by Gateway Associates.
Schedule is in Central Standard time: Hours: M/Tu 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, W 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tr 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, F 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
