Job summary

Farther is seeking a dedicated wealth-advisory professional to support a Managing Director on the Focus Team working with Fortune 500 professionals. You will run the day-to-day of the practice, ensure clients are looked after, and enable the advisor to focus on advice and growth.

You’ll manage client engagements, end-to-end follow-up, and coordinate with teams to route action items. This is a licensed seat with real ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 license or equivalent.
• Several years in wealth management, RIA operations, or advisor support.
• Familiarity with portfolio and CRM tools like Black Diamond and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day of the practice as the right hand to the Managing Director, Wealth Advisor.
• Manage client engagements and end-to-end follow-up, routing tasks to appropriate teams.
• Handle client requests, meetings, and maintain CRM notes and materials.
