Job summary

Project Solutions, Inc. seeks a licensed Civil Engineer to lead project management for federal highway construction with a focus on the Western Federal Lands Highway Division. You will manage task orders, supervise inspectors, and coordinate with agencies, landowners, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of on-site experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams on domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited degree.
• Minimum 5 years of on-site project administration in a lead role; 10 years highway/bridge construction preferred.
• Experience coordinating with partner agencies, the public, landowners, and contractors.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government's primary contact for Task Order management.
• Oversee contract scope, schedule, budget, invoices, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate work of subconsultants and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Prepare engineering reports, specs, and project documentation.
• Interact with stakeholders and prepare competitive cost estimates.
