Job summary

BHC Rhodes is seeking a Project Engineer in Overland Park, KS to independently handle design and drawing production for Development sector projects. You will validate schematics, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure quality documentation from basic design through final approval.

You will lead design on large projects, coordinate with contractors, and participate in business development activities while maintaining graphic standards and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in three-dimensional CAD design and related software.
• Able to lead design on large or complex projects.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas and coordinate with teams.
• Experience interfacing with clients and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define customer requirements and ensure designs meet contractual specs.
• Coordinate interfaces internally and with clients/partners.
• Serve as technical point of contact for clients and partners.
• Prepare estimates of time and expenses for project delivery.
• Monitor progress and review contractor change orders.
