Mental Health America of Los Angeles is seeking full-time Child Therapists to join our Rockville, MD team. Evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans for younger clients, and maintain a caseload of about 25 sessions weekly while collaborating with a diverse team.

Ideal candidates hold Maryland licensure for pediatric therapy, a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, and thrive in a flexible, autonomy-forward environment with growth, ongoing training, and CEU access.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Maryland as a child/adolescent therapist.
• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care.
• Utilize creative modalities to support client goals.
• Coordinate with families, case managers, and school staff.
• Participate in clinical meetings and training.
