Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients in Royal Oak, Michigan, using a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role requires independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD) and offers a substantial caseload with flexible scheduling.

We support clinicians with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients (telehealth and in-person).
• Maintain a full caseload with 30 hours of availability weekly and a minimum of 25 sessions.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, while aiming for measurable progress.
