Synergy Wellness Center in Hudson, MA is expanding its outpatient team with a Part-Time Licensed Child & Adolescent Mental Health Clinician. The role is in-person at both Hudson and Bolton offices, offering flexible late afternoons, evenings and some weekend mornings.

You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy to youths five through adolescence with strong clinical and administrative support. Ideal candidates hold MA licenses (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), have a Master’s in a behavioral science or related

Qualifications

• Clinical license in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited program.
• Experience with children and completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and case notes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and independently schedule caseload.
• Use EHR to schedule and discharge clients; update intake team on openings.
• Conduct initial assessments to understand needs; provide therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans; document sessions and progress.
• Communicate with parents/guardians; adjust plans as needed and quarterly.
