We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a broad range of needs and backgrounds. Your Responsibilities:

1. Deliver outpatient therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent lens.
2. Conduct initial assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
3. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Board standards.
4. Participate in team consultation, peer supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities.
5. Support diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized communities throughout Maryland.

Qualifications:

1. Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required).
2. Experience in outpatient therapy or related settings (1+ years post-licensure preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
4. Commitment to social justice, cultural responsiveness, and client empowerment.
5. Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
