A nationwide appraisal firm is seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers to join their appraiser network. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing appraisers to take as few as 5 orders per month with no maximum volume. You'll have the independence to manage your reviews while receiving administrative support for scheduling and payments. Qualifications

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed).
• Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements.
• Ability to complete assignments independently and professionally.
• Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally.
• Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process.
• Familiarity with appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports).
• Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.
• Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections.
• Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements.

Responsibilities

Impact Valuation Group is expanding our appraiser network, and we currently have more qualified appraisal orders than our team can fulfill. We’re seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers who want flexible, optional volume without quotas, pressure, or administrative burden.

This opportunity is ideal for appraisers who want to supplement their existing business with steady work they can accept on their own terms.

What This Opportunity Looks Like

• Minimum participation: 5 orders per month
