Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and work with residents of senior living communities that may include independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As a COTA, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing occupational therapy and wellness services for older adults under the supervision of an OT
  • Maintaining professional practices and ethical standards according to company policies and clinical initiatives
  • Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  • Assisting in optimizing each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction

Your Schedule

Our clinics typically operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our flexible scheduling allows you to craft a schedule suited to your lifestyle!
