Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Benefits Insurance Specialist for a full-time onsite position in Lexington, KY. You will provide quotes to prospective customers, discuss options, and consult to meet their insurance needs, building strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. This role emphasizes sales and service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Licensing is required. You will follow up on leads provided by us, quote and sell policies, document opportunities, and work

Qualifications

• Licensed - Active License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Insurance Experience - Prior insurance producer experience in relation to the role required.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented - Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
• Professionalism - A senior team member is expected to set the example for other team members, in both success and professionalism.
