Job summary

Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited is hiring a Licensed Benefits Advisor to help individuals review life and health coverage options that protect income, support families, and plan for future needs. This remote role is salaried and includes training, tools, and leadership guidance to focus on client conversations and long-term relationships.

You will conduct scheduled virtual meetings, explain benefits clearly, assist with applications, maintain client records, and provide ongoing policy

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required in your state of residence.
• Background in insurance, financial services, sales, or advising preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client conversations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using video meetings and CRM systems.
