Job summary

DreamLife Recovery in Pennsylvania seeks a licensed or licensed-eligible Therapist to provide direct clinical services across Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient levels of care. You will monitor therapy delivery, coordinate care and track client progress toward recovery goals.

The role emphasizes psychosocial skills training, supportive counseling, and helping clients maintain independence and community integration, with a team-oriented environment and adherence to DDAP

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in substance use and mental health treatment preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT or LMHP/LMFT licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services across PHP, IOP and OP.
• Coordinate care and monitor therapy implementation.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and track client progress toward recovery goals.
• Provide psychosocial skills training and supportive counseling.
• Assist clients in maintaining independence and community integration.
