Responsabilités

• Provide individual/family therapy assessments and ongoing therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as scheduled.
• Develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries.
• Attend treatment planning and team meetings as needed.
• Complete daily charts and treatment plans to meet medical necessity.
• Coordinate/assist with discharge planning and aftercare.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and adherence to licensure requirements.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and work with diverse populations.
