The role involves diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning, with a focus on short-term therapy modalities and crisis intervention. You will join a multidisciplinary team of medical providers and staff, providing individual, group, and family therapy and contributing to research and program development.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure as LCSW or LMFT in California required.
• Master’s level degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children; clinical experience for LCSW is required.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychological/counseling principles in assessment, intervention, and case management.
• Provide individual, group, child, and family therapy in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define treatment goals and outcomes.
• Engage in supervision, training, and program development activities.
