Job summary

• Current licensure by the State of Arkansas.
• LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMSW or PhD required; LCSW preferred.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of two years behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the integration of the social services function in patient care.
• Provides psychosocial assessments and participates in treatment planning and discharge planning with patients and families.
• Delivers inpatient and/or outpatient therapy, including group, individual, and family therapy.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, other hospital disciplines, referral sources, aftercare providers, and community service agencies.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, state health department, and other regulatory standards.
