Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation for individuals with behavioral health needs. The role includes crisis evaluation, treatment planning, and coordination with community and care teams.

Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, and licensure under IDFPR in LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist tracks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Licensure as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist per IDFPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
• Completes treatment plans with patient goals/objectives.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and crisis teams for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory standards.
• Acts as liaison between community, providers, and managed-care entities.
