Job summary

Monarch Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist within Child Crisis Services II to provide therapeutic services for children and adolescents. The role involves crisis intervention, assessments, and coordination of care while supporting discharge planning in a PRTF setting.

You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. LCSW licensure is required, with strong experience in youth mental health.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with youth and families with mental health diagnosis or substance use disorder.
• LCSW or LCSWA required.
• Master's degree in Human Services or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Complete clinical assessments and diagnoses to guide treatment.
• Maintain medical records per state and agency guidelines.
• Deliver crisis assessments and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with community resources.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to support PRTF staff.
