Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist II to join BayCare Behavioral Health in Brooksville, FL. The role is full-time, on-site with travel to multiple sites as required, and entails supervising staff where applicable.

Responsibilities include individual, group and family counseling, clinical impressions and assessments, and crisis support. Licensure as LMFT/LMHC/LCSW and a Master's degree are required, along with BLS and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and current licensure as LMFT/LMHC or LCSW.
• BLS certification and a valid Driver's License are required.
• Minimum 2 years of mental health or related counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family behavioral health counseling.
• Provide clinical impression and assessment to guide treatment.
• Perform crisis support and services as needed.
• Oversee assigned clinical staff where applicable.
• Travel to various sites as program requires.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Brooksville!

• Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health
• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
• Shift Hours: Facility Open M-F, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM - 40 hours a week.
• On Call: No

The Behavioral Health Therapist II is responsible for:

• Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impression and assessment.
• Performing crisis support and services as needed.
• Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
• Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
• Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License
• LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required
