Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group Inc in San Diego, CA is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist to support a federal behavioral health program. This full-time onsite role focuses on children and adolescents in a fast-paced mission-driven environment, with California licensure not required if you hold an active unrestricted license from another US state or territory.

Qualified clinicians with an active unrestricted independent clinical license in any US state may be eligible.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted clinical license in any US state or territory.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations.
• Experience in trauma, crisis intervention, or related clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents.
• Conduct assessments and short-term interventions as appropriate.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing behavioral health support.
• Apply trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.
• Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary partners to ensure quality of services.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Document in accordance with program requirements.
• Participate in meetings and coordination efforts.
