Zusammenfassung

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in San Diego, California. This is an onsite as needed opportunity for independently licensed clinicians who can provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents when coverage is needed.

Clinicians already in the San Diego area or willing to travel for PRN coverage are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Active unrestricted independent clinical license in any US state or territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations.
• Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health or related clinical services.
• US Citizenship.
• Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in San Diego, California.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite behavioral health support to children and adolescents based on program coverage needs.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide short term clinical interventions as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support in response to individual needs.
• Apply trauma informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with children, adolescents and vulnerable populations.
• Support individuals experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment challenges and other behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Maintain required documentation in accordance with program requirements.
• Provide flexible PRN coverage based on program and scheduling needs.
• Support additional behavioral health and program activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite behavioral health support to children and adolescents based on program coverage needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Active unrestricted independent clinical license in any US state or territory including LCSW LMFT LPC LCPC LMHC Psychologist or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of post licensure clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience working with children adolescents families andor vulnerable populations
• Experience with trauma crisis intervention behavioral health or related clinical services
• Strong clinical judgment communication and interpersonal skills
• US Citizenship
• Ability to provide onsite PRN coverage in San Diego California
