• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, person-centered counseling and support services.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Support individuals and families in identifying goals, needs, strengths, and service priorities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with program and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, clinical staff, providers, and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable ethical, licensing, and professional standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Support crisis response, referrals, and service coordination as appropriate for the role.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor may provide direct counseling services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, document client progress, coordinate services, and support clients in meeting their behavioral health and wellness goals. Specific duties may vary by program, location, credentialing requirements, and client needs.
