Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or an Associate’s/Technical degree or 4 years of cumulative job-specific experience.
• Licenses: LMSW, LPC, LLP, or Marriage & Family Therapist, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• One or more of the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Qualifications

• MCBAP credential.
• Experience with county systems (FOCUS/ODIN/MHWIN).
