Job summary

Esperanza Health Center, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a full-time weekday role in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Provide brief therapy, assessments, crisis support in primary care, collaborate with medical teams on integrated plans, and connect patients to community resources.

Qualifications
