Family Care Center in Brentwood, TN is seeking an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide counseling and mental health services across assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care, participate in supervision and continuing education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a modern clinic with robust patient support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with wide age ranges (children to geriatric).
• Licensure: LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT required; registered play therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services in office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Provide evidence-based counseling using various modalities.
• Maintain accurate client records to ensure compliance with treatment plans.
