Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
Active, unrestricted Tennessee license (LCSW or LPC-MHSP).
1+ year of professional behavioral health experience post-master's.

Responsibilities

Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and evidence-based methods.
Monitor treatment response and symptom changes with accuracy.
Maintain EMR and ensure regulatory-compliant documentation.
Support growth by contributing patient profiles for directories and marketing.
