Job description

Full-Time Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

Location: Lower Bucks County (centers in Newtown, Warminster, and Levittown) and surrounding community locations

Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (with availability to work two evenings per week as needed)

Licensed Behavior Specialists at Potential Inc. oversee client cases to ensure highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients/students in a variety of settings. We are seeking compassionate professionals with a high level of integrity able to thrive in both self-directed and teamwork-oriented spaces. Activities include:

  • Developing and overseeing treatment programs including behavior and skill acquisition programs
  • Conducting assessments including functional analysis
  • Observing clients and staff across settings
  • Participating in professional development activities
  • Conducting new client intakes
  • Collaborating with families and other providers (doctors, schools, insurance companies, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Passion for working with clients aged 2-18 across settings (clinic, school, community, home)
  • Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with flexibility to work two evening shifts per week
  • Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster and the surrounding community
