We provide behavior support services to children and adults, that are relationship-based, person-centered, individualized, and grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. We serve children and families living with ASD, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and other social and executive functioning challenges. We also help adults with parenting, lifestyle changes, and self-care. Bluebird ABA helps you create lasting change through smiles, happiness, and fun.

Seeking BCs/LBSs for immediate hire in Philadelphia who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Join our small ABA agency, started by a BCBA, that is supportive, flexible, and cares about our staff as well as the families we serve.

Preferred Locations:

• Northeast Philadelphia
• North Philadelphia
• Northwest Philadelphia
• Willow Grove, PA

Average case load 3-10 clients. Hourly or Salary with PTO available!

Activities include:

• Creating Treatment Plans
• Completing Assessments such as – FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland
• Parent training

Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys being with children and helping them learn and grow.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis or Related Field: Required
• LBS license: Required
• Applied Behavior Analysis experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• PRT or Verbal Behavior Therapy knowledge a plus
