Job summary

PRO Companies is seeking Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to deliver IBHS services in Luzerne County, PA. The role offers flexible schedules with full-time or part-time options and settings in home, school, and community environments for clients aged 2–21.

You will maintain family connections, perform skills and behavior assessments, implement individual treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, coordinate with therapies, and handle insurance documentation.

Qualifications

• PA LBS licensure required.
• Minimum 12 ABA credits required.
• Active clearances required.
• IBHS experience preferred.
