Job summary

Pennsylvania Autism Services, LLC is seeking Independent Contractors who are Licensed Behavioral Specialists for our IBHS-ABA program in Chester County, PA. You will develop treatment plans, supervise BHTs, and collaborate with families and schools to implement behavioral interventions.

Under BCBA direction, you will monitor progress, maintain clear documentation, and participate in ongoing quality assurance activities to ensure compliant, effective care for autistic and emotional support

Qualifications

• This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the treatment team to design and direct the implementation of a behavioral intervention plan.
• Observe the child in home, school, and community as part of assessments for treatment planning.
• Collect data on target behaviors and report observations to update the treatment plan.
• Apply behavioral interventions and other treatments to achieve goals.
• Complete detailed progress notes for each IBHS session and maintain encounter forms.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings with the BCBA and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians.

Graduate degree in ABA

2+ years of full‑time mental health direct service experience with children/youth

Experience writing FBAs / Assessments / Treatment plans / BHT data sheets
