Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Northampton County. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, plus competitive pay and benefits.

Supervision of BACB candidates is provided free of charge to qualified staff. Tuition reduction opportunities are available for all staff levels and their families through partnered institutions such as Capella University, Chicago School

Qualifications

• BACB certification in good standing preferred.
• Behavioral Specialist License is required.
• Master's degree in mental health plus one year of paid experience with children/adolescents.
• One year of paid experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plan based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing duties.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide role model appropriate behaviors.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly with appropriate parties.
• Complete and submit paperwork including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments.

Qualifications And Skills

• BACB Certification in good standing. (preferred)
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
