The Treetop ABA is seeking licensed behavior analysts to join a clinician-led team inNorth Carolina. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy, conducting FBAs, and developing individualized treatment plans with strong clinical support.

You'll mentor RBTs, ABATs, and technicians while collaborating with peers to ensure optimal client outcomes and ongoing professional development. The environment emphasizes balance, flexibility, and ethical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA, BCBA, QBA or QASP-S certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.
