Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Must possess a current Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state of work.
• Must pass required skills assessments and training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty sales service and upsell to create large sales baskets.
• Perform beauty services and educate customers on product usage and benefits.
• Maintain displays, stock, and hygiene standards in-store.
• Represent CVS and partner brands with high service standards; display license when required.
