CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to deliver expert beauty guidance and in-store services within the CVS Beauty & Personal Care area. You will engage customers, perform licensed services, upsell products, and help create a premium shopping experience with brand programs.

Maintain active Cosmetology/Esthetician licensing, demonstrate latest beauty trends, and collaborate with store teams to meet sales and service goals while following safety and hygiene standards.

Formación

• Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state in which you will be working.
• Active license must be maintained and displayed during working hours at the work site.
• CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must be able to perform ear-piercing services.
• Must pass required skills assessments and training courses for paid service options.
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule including peak hours.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish capability in certain stores is preferred.

• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs with upselling and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate proper product usage and highlight features to drive purchase conversion.
• Educate customers on CVS and partner brands while representing CVS and maintaining high service standards.
• Create and maintain product displays and participate in sales programs and events.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked selling zone and comply with hygiene standards.
• Display and maintain required licenses during working hours and follow safety policies.
