Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to lead in-store beauty experiences, deliver personalized product advice, and drive service and sales within the Beauty & Personal Care area. You will showcase the latest beauty trends, perform services, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction across CVS stores.

Ideal candidates hold a Cosmetology/Esthetician license, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and can work a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state you will be working.
Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times in the state you are employed.
Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses to fully execute paid service options offered in the store locations.
Bi-lingual beauty advisors that can speak to customers in both English and Spanish.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Seek out customers to ensure a world class beauty advisor experience.
Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, upselling and suggestive selling.
Be the brand expert with product knowledge to maximize the sales basket.
Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting features and benefits.
Represent CVS and partner brands and uphold the highest standards of service.
Perform ear-piercing and other services as required, maintaining license visibility during working hours.
