Qualifications

• Active license to perform waxing and makeup in the state.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or in a retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by performing services and rebooking clients.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licenses and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Follow Sephora policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
