Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and other services in the state.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail/service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player with collaborative, goal-oriented mindset; quick learner.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; ensure health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
