Sephora in San Francisco seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on beauty journeys, provide services like makeup and waxing, and promote products within the Beauty Studio and beyond.

You will stay current on trends, maintain licensure, and uphold hygiene standards while delivering personalized, inclusive service in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Perform beauty services and service clients; rebook appointments and sell products.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; uphold Sephora policies and safety protocols.
• Educate clients with product knowledge and trends; deliver personalized service.
• Foster inclusive teamwork and a positive customer experience.
• Support a safe, enjoyable shopping environment and meet store goals.
• Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
