Sephora in Orlando seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and related services at the Beauty Studio. You’ll educate customers, rebook appointments, and contribute to achieving store goals with product recommendations.

You must maintain an active state license, stay current on trends, and uphold high hygiene standards. The role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and reliable scheduling in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to perform waxing, makeup, and lash services in the state.
• 1–3 years in a similar retail/service role or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by performing and rebooking beauty services and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s menu.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and hygiene standards; follow health and safety protocols.
• Promote inclusiveness and teamwork; uphold Sephora standards.
• Be available for peak hours with reliable attendance and scheduling.
