Job summary

Sephora at GA-Mall of Georgia is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, waxing, and related services. You will educate clients on trends, achieve store goals, and rebook beauty services while maintaining licensure and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar setting, strong product knowledge, and a team‑oriented mindset. Flexible scheduling is essential to cover peak times including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years’ experience in beauty, retail, hospitality or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Educate clients on trends and product knowledge to empower choices.
